Abstract Submission is now open
General Information
Abstracts submission deadline is February 3, 2025 | 23:59 CET .Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
All abstracts must be submitted via the congress website form. Abstracts received otherwise will not be accepted.
Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email that your abstract has been received and providing access to a private portal where modifications can be made up to the closing of the abstract submission.
In the confirmation email, the abstract number will be allocated. Please refer to this abstract number in all correspondence regarding the abstract.

All submitted abstracts will be scored by the ERS2025 Scientific Committee and you will be notified the status of the submitted abstract by the middle of March.
Only the corresponding author will be contacted regarding the abstract status, please make sure to assign the correct person and forward all the information to the presenter.
Early Bird Registration deadline is February 28, 2025.
Abstracts should not exceed 250 words, excluding names, affiliations and title.
1 Figure or Table can be uploaded as a pdf file.
No references allowed.
Encore abstracts can be considered for oral presentation.
We allow submission of abstracts that have already been presented at meetings, but this must be noted on the form at the time of submission.
Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
There is no limit to the number of abstracts that can be submitted.
Before you start:
Review the abstract topics and select the most suitable.
Prepare your abstract in Microsoft Word or a plain text document.
Have the names, institutions, and email addresses of all co‐authors readily available.
The abstract submitter is listed as the first author and presenting author. You can modify this in your private portal after you receive the confirmation email.
Ensure that all authors who contributed to the work are included. Authors’ names should be entered as they would appear in the published abstract.
Presenting Author Information
Presenting author or one of the authors, should be identified at the time of submission and must be registered to attend the conference to allow the programme to be finalized.
An attending colleague can be allocated as the presenter outside of the author group in case of emergencies.
The registration deadline for the presenting abstract author is 1 month prior to the congress, on May 20, 2025.
In case the presenting author has not been provided or registered up to the deadline, the abstract will be withdrawn from the programme without notification.
If there is a change in the presenting author, the conference organizers must be informed in advance at ers2025@frei.gr until May 20, 2025.
The presenting author can be modified in the private portal while the abstract submission is still open.
The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission to ERS.
ERS junior members must indicate during the submission if they wish to be considered for an ERS travel grant.
Only one author per abstract can be considered for the travel grant.
Programmed and approved abstracts will be published in the supplement of Rhinology Journal.
Declaration of consent
I confirm that I previewed this abstract and that all information is correct. I accept that the content of this abstract cannot be modified or corrected after final submission and I am aware that it will be published exactly as submitted.
Submission of the abstract constitutes my consent to publication (e.g. Conference website, programmes, other promotions, etc.).
The Abstract Submitter, warrant and represent that I am the sole owner or have the rights of all the information and content (“Content”) provided to ERS 2025 (Hereafter: “The Organisers”).
The publication of the abstract does not infringe any third party rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights.
The Abstract Submitter grants the Organisers a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display the Content.
The Organisers reserve the right to remove from any publication an abstract which does not comply with the above.
I herewith confirm that the contact details saved in this system are those of the corresponding author, who will be notified about the status of the abstract. The corresponding author is responsible for informing the other authors about the status of the abstract.
